Arii-Chat with your AI(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 사용하고, 어디로 전달하며, 어떻게 삭제할 수 있는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보와 사용 목적

• Google 계정 정보 — 로그인에 사용합니다. (Firebase Authentication)
• 대화 내용(텍스트) — AI 답변을 생성하기 위해 사용합니다. 대화 기록과 앱이 만든 기억·요약은 이용자 기기 안에 저장됩니다.
• 음성 — 음성 입력 기능을 사용할 때 마이크로 입력된 음성을 텍스트 변환·음성 합성에 사용합니다.
• 위치 — 현재 위치를 한 번 측정해 동·구 단위의 지명으로 바꾼 뒤 대화 맥락에 활용합니다. 또한 IP 주소를 통해 대략적인 위치를 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 카메라·사진 — 이용자가 직접 촬영하거나 선택한 사진을 이미지 관련 기능에 사용합니다.
• 알림 — 푸시 알림과 일정 알림을 보내기 위해 사용합니다.
• 진단 정보 — AI 호출 오류가 발생하면 기기 제조사와 오류 메시지가 전송될 수 있습니다. 이용자를 식별하는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

2. 정보 전달(제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁)

앱 기능 제공을 위해 아래 서비스로 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다.

• OpenAI — 대화 텍스트, 음성, 이미지 요청을 처리합니다.
• Google(Firebase) — 로그인, 설정값 전달, 오류 진단 정보를 처리합니다.
• Naver — 검색 기능에 사용되는 검색어를 처리합니다.
• Cloudflare — 대략적인 위치 확인과 오류 보고 요청을 중계합니다.
• ChatGPT 웹 서비스(OpenAI) — 앱 안에서 ChatGPT 웹 화면을 이용할 경우, 이용자가 직접 로그인한 해당 서비스의 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.

위 목적 외에 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 보관 및 삭제

• 대화 기록과 기억·요약은 이용자 기기에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하거나 계정을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
• 계정 삭제 방법: 앱의 사용자 설정 화면에서 "계정 삭제"를 선택하면 계정과 기기 내 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
• 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 아래 연락처로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• OpenAI, Google 등 제3자가 자체 정책에 따라 처리한 정보는 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

4. 권한 안내

• 마이크: 음성 입력 시
• 카메라: 사진 촬영 시
• 위치: 현재 지명 확인 시
• 알림: 푸시·일정 알림 표시 시

각 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며, 끄더라도 해당 기능을 제외한 앱 사용에는 영향이 없습니다.

5. 만 14세 미만 이용

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

6. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

Arii-Chat with your AI (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App uses, where it is sent, and how you can delete it.

1. Information We Collect and Why

• Google account information — Used for sign-in. (Firebase Authentication)
• Conversation text — Used to generate AI replies. Chat history and the memories and summaries created by the App are stored on your device.
• Voice — When you use voice input, audio from the microphone is used for speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
• Location — Your current location is measured once and converted to a neighborhood-level place name that is used as conversation context. The App may also determine an approximate location from your IP address.
• Camera and photos — Photos you take or select are used for image-related features.
• Notifications — Used to deliver push and schedule notifications.
• Diagnostic information — If an AI request fails, the device manufacturer and the error message may be sent. It does not include information that identifies you.

2. Information Sharing

To provide App features, information may be sent to the following services.

• OpenAI — Processes conversation text, voice, and image requests.
• Google (Firebase) — Handles sign-in, configuration delivery, and error diagnostics.
• Naver — Processes search queries used by the search feature.
• Cloudflare — Relays approximate-location and error-report requests.
• ChatGPT web service (OpenAI) — If you use the ChatGPT web screen inside the App, that service's own privacy policy applies to the account you sign in with.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Retention and Deletion

• Chat history and memories/summaries are stored on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App or delete your account.
• How to delete your account: In the App, open the user settings screen and choose "Delete account". Your account and all data stored on your device will be deleted.
• If you cannot use the App, you can request account deletion at the contact address below.
• Information processed by third parties such as OpenAI or Google is governed by their own policies.

4. Permissions

• Microphone: for voice input
• Camera: for taking photos
• Location: to determine your current place name
• Notifications: to show push and schedule notifications

You can turn off each permission at any time in your device settings. The App remains usable apart from the related feature.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 14.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
